These terms and conditions govern the use of the odds screen (the "Service") provided by Betsniper (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to and using the Service, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions in their entirety.
2.1 Subscription Fee
The subscription fee for the Service is $5 AUD per week, payable in advance. By subscribing to the Service, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the recurring subscription fee. The fee will give you access to the Service which is betting data scraped from various Australian bookmakers.
2.2 Payment Processing
We use Stripe as our payment processor. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms of service, which can be found on their website.
2.3 Cancellation and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations can be done through the user dashboard on our website or by contacting our customer support. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period.
2.4 Payment changes
We reserve the right to modify the subscription fee for the Service as the business develops and additional functionality is released. We will provide you with a notification of any price changes. The notification will be sent to the email address associated with your subscription.
If you continue to use the Service after the price change becomes effective, it will be deemed that you have accepted the new subscription fee.
3.1 Ownership
The Service and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software, databases, and content, remain the exclusive property of Betsniper.
3.2 License
By subscribing to the Service, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
4.1 Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information through the Service, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data obtained from bookmakers. The odds and related information provided are subject to change without notice. Therefore, you acknowledge that the data provided by the Service should not be treated as 100% accurate or definitive.
